wednesday went fo fyp at my teacher's place.
presentation was good. not muc mistakes.
and li xiang (her two months old baby) loook so much pui-er
then went shopping with sophia.
she kept on laughing. but the prob is her laugh can capture ppl's attention.

then neh mind. we bought weights home.
and its kinda dumb coz she stay at woodlands then i stay at amk.

it's a great christmas this year.
had a family gathering with isaac's family on eve at raffles town club.
and wee~ we ate loads of protein and carbs and fats!

i have been out daily.
with family, to school and with my bubble.

bubble's mum was saying about how her mother live her lifestyle when she was young.
cooking lots of dishes & allowing creativity to settle
and she commented that she is capable of doing so too. just that it is troublesome to set up the stuffs to cook a complicated dish.

alright. I.T is getting so much more advanced, that we are not paying much attention to our eating lifestyles, the people around us, and whatever lies outside of us.
we eat lots of proteins and carbs and minute amts of fibre. and at times claiming that we just could not control ourselves.

can you imagine the process of how a cow gets onto the shelf in a market?
1. farmer not belonging to a singapore country has to buy or rent a land to farm grass.
2. then he buys cows (a few couples) to get milk and rear them and do whatever they are capable of.
3. he has to make sure that the cow is healthy by providing antibiotics, have healthy food by giving lots of nitrogen and fertilisers to the grass, and hormone pills to allow the cow to grow bigger and fleshier.
**let's review the effects** inappropriate amount of fertilisers and nitrogen can cause algae bloom in lakes and rivers. hormone pills can cause side effects in humans when the meat is consumed in huge amounts. normally estrogen is used. (found in ladies) estrogen triggers the fat cell to stores more fat :]
4. back to no 3. the cow gets fat so is ready to be slaughtered.
5. the farmer will need to build a slaughter house and buy the equipments.
6. after that, transportation takes place. and storage of the meat in the correct temperature and moisture level needs to be considered to prevent bacterial growth.
7. packaging.
8. put on the shelves
9. some unglam aunties walked past, and start poking the meat to 'test' if it is fresh.

early morning, coz my parents not eating breakfast with me, bro and grandpa. (minor.. LOL)
sat in a car and had a long journey (super major.. )
saw monkeys eating mentos (super super major)
had to wait for 10 mins for my turn in Mac when im just the next person up. (major)
thought of silver and pui pui (minor)
after seeing my test and daily grades (super major)
not being able to see pui pui (major)
paul not graduating, so another half year of being fat (major)
nearing 2008 & my parents slping (minor)
oh well. it seemed like everyone is so used to the millenium lifestyle & that using less consumption of oil feels so impossible.

i was in malacca zoo today.. and was looking at the monkeys.. and saw a silver wrapping paper in its mouth.
my mum was standing near the cage.. then i ask her "eh. whats that ar?"
"mentos" replied.
then i almost wanted to scold that makcik inffront for giving mentos to the monkeys.
firstly, it contains chemicals which may harm the monkeys or make them sick.
secondly, it will cause social unrest in the cage when only one of them gets a gift from a fat and ugly 'santa' outside the wires.

and then there were a few sunbears about 4m away horizontally, separatted by the water thingy.. what is that call? *shit*

the arrangement of the whole award show is nice. kinda lies above my expectations. the emcees talked more sense than to just 'teh' around. not like the emcee for rpws augural concert de.. wahliao that one is 'teh' till bth. (buay tahan)
so started off with awards. i didnt get one.. coz im only invited. & then we headed for dinner. we are hungry barbarians, grabbing more than 6 chicken wings in a plate and with mountains of cheese sausages. the scene is quite kia su, but oh well, its quite farny to stuff like 3 in your mouth at a time.
then we had photoshoots. all the way from after dinner till end of party. the lifespan of SJ's cam only got till 3/4 of the whole session. everybody taking photos with different backgrounds - kitchen, sofa, hall, studios... and well.. i think rpws committee members are quite horny and erotic. except sue, coz she is a pirate.. supposed to be somewhat antisocial. LOL.
oh well. danced for the last 30 mins with sher and friends.. then headed off back to perc room to getour belongings. it sure was a fun night. coz it may be the last time to have parties in school. :(
ok. i cant deny. half of my boobies were leaking out due to half buttoned jacket. on purpose it was, but at least mine not as BIG as JASMIN'S!!!!!
